The New Wharf journey began in 2016. As beer lovers with a passion for great beer, we became disillusioned with the monolithic drinks companies; purveyors of bland industrial beer. We wanted to put the emphasis on ‘taste’ and create a new standard in craft brewing. Full of ideas, recipes, and a handful of ingredients, we decided to embark on a journey of discovery, striving for innovation in the craft beer industry.
New Wharf is a progressive independent brewery whose innovative approach blends modern techniques and traditional methods. We’re curious and progressive, excited to explore and create distinctive beers that our customers will love. We set high standards for the brewery, using only the finest ingredients, and we refuse to compromise on quality and taste.
