Returns & Exchanges
To return an item you need to contact us and send the item back in its original condition. Once we receive your return we will process a refund. You will receive credit back into your account within 5-10 working days. The refund will go back into the same account in which you made the original transaction.
If your order is faulty, then you must inform The New Wharf Brewing Company to obtain a refund or replacement. To report a problem, please email us within 14 days of receipt. We may require photographic evidence of damaged goods.
If your delivery is clearly damaged at the point of receiving the order, you are within your rights to refuse receipt of delivery. You must inform the courier, they will arrange for the parcel to be returned to us and we'll process your refund.
The New Wharf Brewing Company will not accept responsibility for delivery failure if you have provided an incorrect address or contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
If you have ordered the wrong size, then you are welcome to request an exchange. You will need to follow our returns procedure above, we will process a refund for the item and the original delivery charge. You will then need to use our web shop to make a new order for your desired size, and follow the checkout process.
We recommend that you contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) beforehand to discuss available sizes as we will be able to advise stock positions or suggest alternative products.
